2 cloves

3-inch strip orange peel

Directions:

Bring your cupful of water to boil. Add in all the ingredients, bring the heat down to low, and let everything steep for about fifteen minutes. Strain into a cup and drink.

Lemon & Pepper Tea

Ingredients:

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1/4 tsp pepper

1 1/2 tsp honey

Directions:

Place the pepper and turmeric in the cup, and pour over boiling water. Stir in the lemon juice and honey, and your tea is ready.

Tulsi Tea

Ingredients:

1/4 cup basil

1 tsp honey

2 tsp lemon juice

Directions:

Put the tulsi (basil) leaves into a pan with one and a quarter cup of water. Bring it to a boil. Then bring down the flame to low for 15 minutes. Strain into a cup, then add the honey and lemon juice and stir.
